great staff very helpful - early and also a late check in and out. bikes to use 2 hr limit each time - was very good. restaurant was good we ate there twice for dinner.

Amazing location, staff was super friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home. Loved our rooms view, pool was warm and outside area was perfect with a turf area for kids to run around. Coffee shop right in the lobby was super convenient.

Brilliant location, safe&convenient with lovely views, nice walk into town or to Stanley Park, great indoor and outdoor pool, delicious breakfasts, staff unfalteringly welcoming, polite and helpful, very high standards of cleanliness, would stay again (in fact, we did!).

This property is an excellent location, with a beautiful view. It’s a large clean facility with some nice amenities.

Great location close to Stanley Park and the waterfront, had a nice view of the harbour and the city from our room. Was generally a nice quiet hotel with a good atmosphere and comfy clean rooms. Nice choice of food for breakfast.

I came here for a conference. The room was very nice, the view was great, breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful. They had a bag storage room for while I was in my conference (attached to the hotel). Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Location was great! Next to marina/pier. Walkable distance to English Bay and the park where they have fireworks at night. 👍🏼 The hotel brining me a microwave oven to my room when I asked for one that I could use, that service was beyond my expectation. Great amenities, very decent restaurants inside hotel, and spacious lobby and common area, and VERY friendly and courteous staff, all were impressive. It definitely was worth the price I booked for!! Definitely recommending!! 👍🏼

Room was a generous size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Marina view was outstanding, alone with beautiful sunsets. Most of the staff we interacted with was good. Nice lobby. Did not use pool so can’t comment on that.

Location was perfect, facilities first class, nice pool indoor and out, very good breakfast buffet, great restaurants in the hotel and nearby, a one called CHOP was very nice on the harbour front. Was able to pay for late check out 4pm for an extra $100 dollars (£60) well worth it for use of facilities.
